Stable(tract) with pasture as a self-supporter - Hello all, maybe someone knows something in Nordhorn Frensdorf / border area Denekamp or Frenswegen: we are looking for a stable (tract) or a pasture where a stable building may be erected - for at least 2 horses, maximum 6. Long-term rent or lease would be desirable.
We would take over the fencing if necessary. The only thing we wish is that a water connection would be there.
Solvent and punctual payment (even if no horses have moved in yet).
The problem is unfortunately that we can not take something so far away, because the children have to bike to the stable sometimes.
About the price can be discussed.
