Rhenish German coldblood x Mecklenburg coldblood mare - Watch out, Roman! ❗️ I put off taking this step for a long time, but it's no use. As a pet owner, you sometimes have to make decisions for the good of your animals that are not at all pleasant and that other people may not be able to understand. So, long story short:
I am looking for a 5 star home for my little (big) baby Luna It breaks my heart, I love this little crazy noodle, but I have to take this step now. She is still so young and has her whole equine life ahead of her.
So what am I looking for? A 5-star deluxe home where she can feel at home and develop into a great reliance horse, with lots of patience, respect and attention. Luna has no problem with other horses, she is not very high-ranking and shows great social behavior in our mixed herd. She is a licker and can be a bit bitchy on bad days, but is never malicious. But that's about it for her "quirks". Basically, Luna is just lovely and mostly uncomplicated. She has never shown any bad behavior like kicking or biting. She is very careful with our little son and even carries him on her back for short periods (less than 5 minutes). She is very focused and pays attention to what she is doing. Of course, she is still a young horse and you can't expect her to be like an old hand in all situations just yet. But she is well on the way to becoming one. Further consistent training will make it possible. And for all those who are now screaming that it's all too early, cold-blooded horses are late developers etc., I'll just say that Luna is not overtaxed mentally or physically with us and we don't overdo it with the training. Our focus is on her being a manageable horse.
Basically, Luna is very fearless and everyday routines are no problem for us. She takes everything in her stride, whether it's grooming, going for a walk, children playing, noisy children or loud machines. Of course, she has also mastered the basic commands and we have already practiced breaking her in and it is totally relaxed with her. She loves cuddling and being with her humans and getting lots of attention from them. She likes to be the center of attention.
Luna was born with us and is currently just under 2 years old. She is currently 1.53m tall and is estimated to reach a final height of 1.65m to 1.70m. The first photos in the gallery are current pictures and I have also included a few older pictures since her birth. I can provide more information about her parents' ancestry on request. She has no known health problems. She is regularly wormed and her hooves are regularly trimmed by a farrier.
