We are offering a place for a mare in a small, private open stable in Norderstedt Glashütte. The horse should be socially acceptable and friendly, from 145 height, and be able to cope with the fact that hay is available 24/7 (no diet stable!). Daily grazing, even in winter. It is a small self-catering stable with space for a total of four horses on an area of 2 ha. Fixed shelter, small tack room available, but no electricity or running water (but there is a well). Stable services include mucking out and providing hay in nets, which is divided fairly and flexibly between the stallholders (approx. 30 minutes per day). Directly from the paddock gate you are already in a beautiful riding area (Wittmoor, Tangstedter Forst, Kupferteich, Duvenstedter Brook). An indoor riding arena is within walking distance and can be used for a small fee. We are looking for someone who complements our friendly stable community (the people are aged 35-65, we like to ride out, also together, but also take regular lessons and continue our education), likes to help out when bales are pushed or fences are cut free and enjoys keeping his horse close to nature and species-appropriate.
The price includes stable space, roughage (hay) and manure disposal, so there are no hidden costs.
