Haflinger gelding - I am selling my Haflinger gelding Aristo, who was born in August 2017. I have owned him since August 2022 and am his 3rd owner. He is very people-oriented and always comes running into the paddock and is happy when you work with him. He is always eager, but he finds it very difficult to deal with pressure. I have worked a lot with him using clickers, and he is very motivated and sometimes learns extremely quickly. He knows how to be ridden cross-country in all three gaits. He also recently completed his first trail ride, where he showed that he loves to be the first to go ahead. He knows how to ride on the road and how to be a hand horse in all 3 gaits. He is definitely not a beginner's horse and needs someone with a lot of patience and time! He has a huge urge to move! He currently lives with me in a mixed herd 24/7 in paddocks where he shows himself to be a confident boss and is also very playful. He also knows boxes, but he is very stressed in them - so he will only be sold to an open stable! (There must be more than enough space - if the paddock is too small, he also gets stressed and starts to take it out on the other members of the herd). He is very easy to feed and runs barehoof without any problems. (Also on trail rides) He is well-behaved at the vet and has up-to-date tetanus, herpes and influenza vaccinations. His teeth were last done in September 2023 and he is selectively wormed.
