The ears remain completely free to move The ears are the horse's most important means of communication alongside the eyes.
Neither the browband nor the headpiece of the FREEDOM bridle crosses the horse's 16 ear muscles (4 front and 4 rear muscles on each ear) and therefore exerts no pressure on nerves and veins. This ensures complete freedom of movement for the ears.
The special positioning of the headpiece and throat lash avoids the sensitive areas of the neck and throat. The horse's flight instincts are therefore not triggered.
