Leisure pony/Camargue mare - Vuelta de Maguelonne is a 16 year old mare, about 1.42 and sweet, affectionate... But also ambitious. She loves to work and is always hard at work. Great for small kids on the lunge or lead reins. She doesn't like being held too much when free riding. Therefore rather unsuitable for complete beginners/adults when free riding. She responds incredibly well to weight aids and I love her for riding out, as I also like things to be a bit faster. She has ridden with us with small children, children's birthday parties... A bit of jumping, horseball & mounted games. She has spavin at the back of both hocks, so I don't want to take her for big sport. However, in the 10 years she has been with us, she has never had such a spavin. She also likes to do tight turns all by herself.
