Freiberger - Icelandic mix gelding - As de Coeur "Askari" / Freiberger x Icelandic 01.2021
For sale is my 3-year-old Freiberger mix Askari, with a current height of 148 cm. He grew up in a mixed herd and is therefore well socialized. Askari is familiar with tying up, farrier, trailer driving, leading, grooming, walking and playful ground work. He knows the farm and is used to tractors, dogs and children. He is very lovable to handle, but at his age he likes to test his limits and is rather dominant. He therefore needs a consistent person who is happy to encourage him and prepare him for riding training. Askari is very curious and likes to be kept busy. He learns quickly and also shows a courageous attitude.
Askari is currently kept in an open stable and spends his days in the winter pasture in the company of his herd. He is healthy, has sound hooves and is free from eczema. With his dark coat and blond mane, he is a real eye-catcher (wind colors).
I am parting with him with a heavy heart as I am emigrating overseas and would like to find a place for Askari in an open stable with a herd. Therefore, the right place for him is in the foreground.
