The saddle was cleaned after every ride (much to the chagrin of my riding partner) and checked every 6 months by my saddler, if necessary re-padded directly at Devoucoux. It has always been kept separate from the saddle cloth and with stirrup pads, no sweat or dirt on the leather. Therefore in good shape and holds the normal signs of use - the girth straps are also in good condition. The matching stirrup leathers from Devoucoux in the exact matching color are included.
