Byplayer - I am looking for a best place for my 15 year old, approx. 167m tall Westphalian gelding as a side horse.

He is NOT rideable!!!

It is very very important to me that he does not become a challenge cup and remains in an open position.

There is mild osteoarthritis in both front legs.
He is pain free and does not need any medication.

He would certainly be happy about occupation from the ground and walks. He is very people oriented and rather stubborn in handling and needs guidance. Not a child's horse.

He is currently in a retirement pasture with other geldings.
He has been in an open stable for about 7 years and should stay that way. He is rather rank but not vicious towards other horses.
